The aim of the DAAD Helmut Schmidt Programme (Master’s Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance) 2022 is to assist young leaders in different fields in order to prepare them for their professional life. Candidates with a good academic record are highly encouraged to apply and obtain a master’s degree on a fully-funded international scholarship.

DAAD Helmut Schmidt Programme is a fully-funded master’s scholarship in Germany that will cover tuition fees, research subsidies, monthly stipends, medical insurance, and travel allowance. Scholars will be working on social development projects under the supervision of mentors. DAAD aims to promote civil society structures in emerging countries by providing opportunities to young leaders.

- A candidate can apply to two eligible courses.
- A candidate should apply for the scholarship by registering himself on the official application portal and select not more than 2 universities.
